רב יהודה לטעמיה דאמר רב יהודה ארבע אמות דאניגרא לבני אניגרא דאנהרא דכולי עלמא
he [who partakes thereof] does not perspire, lives with his wife and does not lust after other women; and it kills the worms in one's intestines.
